I bought a blackberry in April this year. I then had a problem where my keys were not working. I took my phone into the store and they informed me that the phone would take 4-6 weeks. I tried calling the store for the past few days as I have received no feedback whats so ever, the line just rings. After 3 minutes of holding the line just terminates. I also cant understand why a phone repair would take that long. This is actually pathetic from a company of the apparent calibre of edgars. I am now without a phone for 1 and half weeks. I wasnt even offered a loan. The industry that I work in requires me to have access to my email all the time. Thank you Edgars for showing us your incompetence. Due to you I am losing money. How long does it take to fix a phone. not a month and half. People rather dont purchase phones from edgars
