My name is Anisa Adam and i recently purchased a Blackberry 9320 phone for my daughters 16th birthday from an Edgars Active Store in the Phoenix Plaza.
We purchased the phone on the 24 MArch 2013, a few days after using the ohone we noticed that the phone was faulty namely:
it was extremely slow, it re boots automatically, it freezes, and the bat-try point was loose.
We took it back to Edgars on the 13 April 2013, and indicated all the faults and they told us it will take a few weeks however they will have it repaired!
They kept the phone for over 4 weeks, when i eventually received the phone i was disgusted to note that none of the problems had disappeared!!!
The phone is still faulty with all the exact problems it initially had.
Now when I request further assistance, or a new phone- Edgars says that its not their problem its Cell c's- When i call Cell c, they tell me its not theirs its Edgars.
I am currently paying insurance for a useless piece of junk, and none of the suppliers want to assist!
I expect answers and a solution to this problem or else i will exercise my rights with the consumer protection act-Cell c and Edgars are usless service providers.
