I went to Edgars at Jabulani Mall to get my phone out of insurance claim, the woman was willing to give me the phone regardless of the things i was short of (aunts id book) as Greenstone where i submitted my claim form gave me the wrong information. However the Edgars at Jabulani did not have the color that i want so they referred me to Jet at Maponya where they totally had the opposite color that i wanted after confirming that they have it, so i decided to go to Edgars Maponya where Joshua was not willing to help me at all even after i told him that the woman from Jabulani was willing to help me regardless that my aunt was not there in person. Its not the first time i get this kind of treatment from Edgars, i opened an account at Greenstone, they declined it because of some "criminal record" that i apparently have when i asked the lady by the name of Lindi Nxumalo how did they conclude that i have a criminal record she gave me an attitude and was not even bothered to advice me on the way forward. I am really disappointed at this kind of service as its discouraging to customers and lessens the chances of me going back for more service.
