On 2013-09-31 I took my son to Edgars Pretoria North to buy himself a new nokia asha 311 with money he has been saving more more than 2 years. After finding out the phone was faulty - I took it back to the store. Edgars then told me they can not replace the phone (which is not according to the CPA) and that only the MTN rep can authorise a replacement phone. After I went from pillar to post - the rep eventually agreed to replace the phone. Once I got home - I tested the phone and AGAIN the phone is faulty. I then decided to phone Nokia - Although the fault has been with Noka the entire time - they only think they can say was "take it to your nearest Nokia store" which is 30km from my house. Be advise that no Edcorn, not MTN and not Nokia is above the CPA. I except a replacement phone within 7 working days or my money back - I don't care from who.
