We bought this vacuum cleaner from Verimark, Middelburg Mall, November 2012. After 6 month we wanted to replace the filter as prescribed in the instruction manual. During May 2013, we went to the Verimark store and were told that they had no stock. They took my number and promised to phone me when the stock arrived. Went back to the store during June 2013 to find out about the filter. Still no stock. I sent an E-mail to on 14 August 2013. They replied asking for more detail on 15 August 2013. I replied with the detail on 17 August 2013. No reply from them. I sent a reminder on 31 August 2013. Still no reply. We are stuck with a machine (expensive machine) that we cannot use. Nobody can tell us what the problem or reason is for the stock problem.
