Hydrovac gee steeds probleme

Ight, Chris is NOT responsible, he just helped me last time. I collected my machine 2 weeks ago, SAME problem. I believe its the new filter system that is creating all this. The machine smells like burned rubber after just 5-7 minutes of use. and the filter is CLEAN!
STILL I cannot use the machine, I am scared it will seize again. No what is going to be done about this? I cannot send the machine constantly to your offices for inspection because it comes back and NO problem is detected! How is this possible??
How difficult can it be to resolve this problem? Would you rather prefer people to rant and rave about your bad service on a page that the WHOLE world can see or just fix the problem or replace the machine?
I have verimark products like you cannot believe, but I have lost my faith in you!
Let's see what happens now... 98% percent of my reports is for Verimark. Does that tell you something?
