We bought the Hydro Vac Extreme about two years back. Very happy with the machine and we use it quite a lot.
With all the use the carpet cleaning attachment as well as the trigger broke. We enet to the Kollonade centre branch 3 times already to enquire about replacing these parts and each time we get the same "out of stock" reply and then we fill in a request and we are promised that we will be contacted as soon as the parts arrive. well... surprise surprise... no parts yet.
At this stage, we only have a very expensive vacuum cleaner which I am not too happy about. Could I please get some feedback or parts please?
I am at a stage where I would like to dump the machine at Verimark and ask for a refund.
This is terrible service.
