Verimark is very off the mark

I bought a Turbo HydroVac from Verimark. After 6 months, it gave me problems. I took it back and it was sent in for a service. I had to manage without a vacuum cleaner for three weeks as they had to replace the motor. I received it back on 22/9/2013. It had a different filter in and old, rusted screws. But it worked and I made no further fuss. On 2 January I was back at Verimark as the machine now has no suction power. I was told I had to remove the filter (on a water system) to clean it out. I was never told this before. The attendant at Verimark Fourways tried to undo the filter, but the screws were rusted and he had to break the clips to open it. I was told by the attendant to call Isaac at head office and get him to deal with the issue. He couldn't care less and refused to let me have a new machine and pay in the difference. He kept on saying they will "fix" it, but I am not sure that this will resolve the persisting problems. The fact that he doesn't care that the assistant broke clips to open it, is of great concern. Damages made by attendants should not become my problem. I am again without a vacuum cleaner. A second job card was filled out, but no feedback so far.
