No stock and bad service

I've purchased the Genesis Hausmeister total Home Cleaning System in January 2013.I used the machine and it worked very good. Unfortunally, the Micro Particle Filter got damaged, my own mistake. I went to Verimark Direct, Centurion Boulevard Shopping Centre, on the 27 April 2013, to purchase a new filter. A lady, Nkululeko help me and said that they haven't got stock, but she will order it for me. She tooked by details and promised to keep me up to date. I phoned on the 20th May, just to hear that they haven't received any stock yet. I also phoned H/Oin Sandton, where I spoke ot Parlisa. She also said that they haven't got any stock available, but she'll phone me back. After another month, I phoned Centurion branch again, and spoke to, Solly, on the 26 June 2013. Again he said, that they haven't received any stock, but I can phone H/O.I phoned and spoke to Isak, and he promised that he'll phone me back the same day. I'm still waiting. I phoned yesterday, and spoke to Althea who said that no stock was available, but she'll ask Isak to follow up and phone me by three o'clock. Still waiting. I've purchased this machine, but can't use it. Please help. I need answers. Thanks
