Firstly I took a pack of underwear, after till screen showed -R20 the cashier was confused. My friend told the lady politely that they are on special. She replied that they were only going on sale the next day. My friend insisted that the price we saw is the one we should pay. She took the cashier to show her the price, very embarrassing as there was a queue behind us. It was the last weekend of the month. After returning she said that she will do this favor for us (even after she saw). Again she was taking her time, ringing only 5 items on. Finally she said R339.80. I gave her the money. She opened the till and put the money in. When I took the bag and the slip, she called me back - embarrassing me again. Immediately she asked how many items is in the bag and how many items does the slip show. We helped her check. I spotted that she didn't ring one of the denims as I took two. She then checked the cost of the denim and asked me for R149.95. I gave her the money. Only then I saw that SHE DIDN'T CLOSE THE TILL, she just swung it open, put the money in and gave me 5 c change. As you can imagine I was tired. After leaving the cashier, I realized that she didn't give me a slip.
