Teller refuses to give till slip, money going?

Today Saturday 13 April, at 15:55:50 I bought Smarties at Clicks Langenhovenpark Bloemfontei. The teller asked me to read off the price from the display, and did not scan the items. The teller claimed the scanner and till slip printers were not working and used this as an excuse not to give to give me the till slip I asked for. he then tried to divert my attention to what he was up to by loudly saying he gave me the right change and I should check my bag, then trying to serve the next customer. Only when I demanded did he suddenly ask for the items, scanned them correctly and gave me the till slip. I phoned the store manager Sara Baartman and alerted her to the and suggested she check his till before he knocks off today. I wonder how much he has manged to get away with by not scanning items?
