The teller claimed the scanner and till slip printers were not working and used this as an excuse not to give to give me the till slip I asked for. he then tried to divert my attention to what he was up to by loudly saying he gave me the right change and I should check my bag, then trying to serve the next customer. Only when I demanded did he suddenly ask for the items, scanned them correctly and gave me the till slip. I phoned the store manager Sara Baartman and alerted her to the and suggested she check his till before he knocks off today. I wonder how much he has manged to get away with by not scanning items?
