On Saturday March 30th 2013 @ around 7pm, I purchased Items from PikNPay store in Vangate Mall using my cheque card. These were just less than 10 items (Actual Price was R147.39). First thing that happened after these purchases the cashier did not give me my till slip and as I was standing there, the packer even asked the cashier to provide me with the slip and @ that point cashier even asked me to pull the slip from the machine. So I went on to the tobacco section to pay my dstv account so i took out my cellphone to check my Bank Incontact messages I noticed that a Fee of R897.39 was reserved for this purchase @ PikNpPay. When i checked the slip inside the plastic bag I noticed that there was a R750 Cashback that I didn't request for and I wasn't even offered the cash. When one of the shop assistants asked the cashier she just could not explain what the cashback was for. I spoke to Thabo the store manager who promised to investigate and provide feedback. What if I had walked out of the store and only check the sms when I get home? my debit orders bounced on the day because my account had less fees due to this issue.. what does PikNPay have to say about this? I still have the sli
