I went to return a bag that had broken after 2 months. I didn't have the slip but as I have an account they could go into my records for proof of purchase. The cashier refused whilst snorting and wiping her nose so I had to ask for someone from management. After begging they checked my records. I was told to choose items to the value of the bag and told I wouldn't receive a slip. The items were put in a bag that she wrote on "no slip" and signed for the guys at the door.
I stopped at Mr Price again later. I had 2 items that were purchased from Mr Price a week ago but were in my handbag as I was looking for items to match them for an event that evening (I had the slip). I had moved these items to my Mr Price packet during the day.
On my way out the security checked my packet, saw "no slip" but rudely refused to let me leave. I went back to the cashier to get her to explain while security confiscated my clothing. She then had a hissy fit about the other items so I showed her my slip and then had to go on a search party for my clothes. Eventually got them. And got told "F you" on the way out by security
For someone who has an account with them I was just humiliated and disappointed.
