I am an edgars club classic member trying to book a flight on Mango for myself and my mum. She is a club member as well. when i enter her card number on the mango page, a discount appears for the flight. when i use my card number i dont get a discount. i went to gateway customer services and spoke to Vishal, who said that i dont qualify for a discount since i am a classic member. he also said i wont qualify for emergency services such as plumbing etc as i am a classic member only. this is contrary to what the website/magazine says. it is also contrary to what the call centre agent has told me. The call centre says i do qualify for a discount, and emergency services but they dont know why i am not getting the discount. why is my card not working on the mango website? why do the staff not know the benefits? i want this resolved so that i get my discount, i want clarity as to weather i receive emergency assistance or not.
