My wife and I and our twins went to the Woolworths at the Galleria in Amanzimtoti. We went to the coffee shop next to the food section. We sat down and waited for 15min before I had to go and ask for a waiter. We then ordered 2 Cream Soda's for the children which they didn't have. All they had in the fridge was Coke or Coke light. I then ordered scones for the children and they didn't have that either so I said ok well what about hotdogs and they said we don't have that either. All these items were on the menu but they never had any of them.
I was amazed that it took 15 minutes to tell me that. To date customer services at Woolworths has not got back to me either about my complaint I guess that's not on the menu.
