On the 09/06/2013 at 3pm, I went to the above mentioned cinema, it was extremely busy given the weather conditions over the weekend, the Management should have fore seen this. We pre booked our tickets, so all we had to do was buy our popcorn and coke. We normally choose the famous combo 3, upsize, but the menu has been changed. I could not identify wether there are any combos on the new menu, the cashier was not very helpful either, I asked the cashier numerous times what items we could add together to make a combo and every item we selected was "out of stock". The only item I could add to a combo was a LunchBar, hate LunchBar, that was my only choice, there were speckled eggs in stock, but I couldn't add this onto a combo, long story short, we as customers should not be subjected to what you have in stock, if you are out of stock, make it possible for us to substitute other items. We adhere to the signs that prohibit us from bringing in our own food but the Management needs to be flexible on the menu. The cashier also made a comment that the new menu has made their lives a bit difficult. Eventually I purchased the popcorn, coke and speckled eggs (up sized), individually! Combo would be cheape
