Woolworths coffee shop - worst experience eve

On 01 January 2014 myself and my fianc? went to the woolworths coffee shop in waterstone. They were rather bussy and we made peace with the fact that it might take long...

We got a seat and the hostess walked away, about 15 minutes later I had to call a waiter in order to place a drinks order... Then about ten minutes later needed ask what happened to the drinks order as there we guests that sat sown after us, a group of 4 people, that got their coffee and drinks. Eventually we got the drinks and placed an order for breakfast, we both took scrabled eggs, bacon and toast, and I ordered extra mushrooms and sausages... Half an hour later we the waiter came to me and said that they onle have one sausage left, but they will then only charge me half price... I said no thank you they can then take that off. While he was the we ales placed an order for another coffee and a glass of water. About 25 minutes after that the waiter came and told us that he is russhing the order for the food, but he did not bring the second beverage order. Another 20 minutes later we then stood up, paid for the first coffees and left.

Woolworths, your service is horrible! I will not support you at all!
