I entered the shop at 16h30 today (29 Aug) to buy paint, cornices and a few loose items. I estimated about 20 staff members on the floor and no more than a few customers and no-one seemed interested in helping me in the painting section. When I found someone to help me, he was from another department... and was in a hurry to get rid of me... The price of the paint was not labelled. I went to find cornices - again no-one to help there. I could not find a manager after asking - He is not on the floor... No-one, not even the manager seemed interested in their customers. Customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority.
