I am utterly disgusted by the lack of service received from Debonairs in Bluewater Bay. The experience today was just the nail on the coffin.
Over the last two weeks I've had endless problems when ordering from Debonairs. After the horrible experience through the co-owned Steers - which was non delivery of 20 burgers - After countless calls that was rectified the following day.
The next time they sold me a raw burger - had to drive all the way back to show them how alive it still was.
Now most recently I ordered Family meal and requested a Coke Zero, they gave me a Coke light telling me they knew it was the wrong one they just didn't want to tell me they didnt have Coke Zero - like when i received it i wouldn't notice - right?
On arrival the coke Zero they brought had expired, thats after a few of us drank it - I've taken this up with Coke already.
The next time still in same week we ordered a number of burgers from the same Steers and they deceide not to give us one of the meals and instead of cream soda how about a coke.
Today they didn't bother to bring the coke.
I have had it with this Debonairs and Steers - The owner needs to do something about it. Or else
