I placed an order online with Woolworths yesterday and they stated they would delivery between 10 and 1pm today. At 1pm my son had still not received the order. I called and they stated that he would be there in 5 minutes. The delivery arrived at 1.15pm. I had ordered frozen yoghurt knowing that they would not offer frozen goods if they could not handle it. Well the frozen yoghurt had defrosted and was leaking. I specifically said please don't substitute good with other brands i.e. they gave me coke lights instead of coke zero. He does not drink Coke Lights or I would have ordered that. What on earth???
We received an email at 1.30pm stating that our order would be late.

I did not expect this from Woolworths - last time I am paying excessive prices for substandard goods and disgusting delivery.

BTW I shop at Woolworths food every day of my life... maybe that should stop too.
