I have been paying my account went into the Cresta branch to find out how much i am paying this was sometiime in september/october the amount she said was R643 odd rands, November my debit order of R300. went off successfully December without any notification my debit order went off the 14th december which i was highly annoyed about however i over looked it and let it pass the same day i called to find out about the debit and how to cancel as i was under the impression the account should now be paid off to my surprise i was told i still owe R743. odd rands when i enquired whats the amount for the very rude lady told e its lawyer chargers and interesnt and what not i then asked her to send me a statement she just said yest before i could say anything she dropped the call without even a good bye or if i needed any further assitantance which i found utterly disgusting to have such staff members employed, i have never every recieved this statement, i am now siting in a situation not knowing whats going on with my account as i would like to close this account with immediate effect. your prompt response would be appreciated.
