My name is Leponesa Mokgatsi, identity no: 670605 5851 089, I have an account with Russels, which i opened in December 2012, my Account no is: 6365290180574470, they did not inform me that they will do debit order, all i am asking is for Russels to cancel the debit order, i now have to pay for the bank fees, i will pay my account at the branch. I received a call last month from Russels consultant, she asked me if i will pay by debit order and i said no, i also phoned and requested that the debit order be cancelled & they said it is impossible. So far i have been paying my account on time. Please help Hellopeter.
