My last report was about acquiring a statement for a settled Identity account. Natasha called back and advised that she would submit the identity statement. Instead, she accused me of owing 7000 some odd rands to Truworths. So she sends me a statement that doesn't have my name on it. It belonged to a Mr P M NSINGWANE. A person I have no idea of. This doesn't help me, it just shows me that I am being discredited on ITC for someone Else's account, and I cant even be sure that the identity account has the same error. What the is going on with this business? I went all the way to Durban to see if the identity is open, the branch apparently has moved. I went to a different branch, where they sent me to MBD for this statement of a different account for a different customer? How do I open a case of if none of them will help me get an updated statement for the years of 2009 to 2013? I need a statement for both truworths and identity now because it's clear that none of my accounts are being cleared when I pay them? This is, and embezzlement if you ask me. Im at my whits end and don't know who else to speak to. I WISH i COULD UPLOAD THE SHE SENT ME? ITS NOT MINE!!
