Unbilled contract til I required about it

2011 June I was called and offer the cell c contract, I took as the amount was reasonable for me. On the delivery of the phone they delivered to two phone instead of one (phone make E63). I called and asked them they said that was the contract offered to me, Then I took them, the first month of the debit order they couldn't debit as my account was a Pre-paid account from ABSA, then they said I should do the direct deposits, they sended an sms with the banking details for my account, and sinces then I have been pay by cash deposit and R300 every month. Last year 2012 November I called in and asked the to but me back to the debit order, gave them my newbanking details, November they didn't debit and I called them again enquering to why, and the said my account was nil. december they debited R150 instead of R300, I called again to why that amount, they said I owe that much, I explained to them that I pay for two phone, not 1 as i have two contracts with them, they told me they only find one contract under my name. Three days later my phone was soft locked, I now owe R3600, asked for statement but it doesn't tire up, One told me that the other contract was opened in january
