I was extremely impressed with my experience at the Woodlands store today. I went in to purchase a new pan to replace my 2 year old non-stick frying pan, which was simply not non-stick as it used to be. Deborah was quick to assist me and could easily have sold me a new pan, but immediately said it is unusual for their pans to lose its non-stick surface and suggested I bring it in. I took my old pan in and was also assisted by Janna (the store manager) and immediately, no questions asked (without me even having the original receipt) given a brand new pan off the shelf. As a big fan of Le Creuset due to its quality and aesthetic appeal, this is the first time I've ever had a problem with a product. I was bowled over by the excellent after sales support. There is simply no reason to ever buy any other cookware. Kudos to Janna and Deborah for doing the brand proud!
PS: The larger, upgraded Woodlands store is a pleasure to shop at!
