I just got back from the mall after i wanted to buy some clothes for the summer at identity where i have a account that appears to be in a arrears even if they can see that i have paid via a debit order?? i did receive a sms saying i have to pay a additional X amount or there wil be further interest charges..in the middle of the month?? i never received a phone call about this before the last debit order.no sms and no email than i would have paid it no problem... i never paid attention to this sms because i have a statement from identity that was emailed to me saying i paid and it shows on my bank statements... i understand there could be other charges aswel... why do i find out about this at the wrong times??? and why is shopping at identity the same as playing bingo??? why is there no one phoning me or smsing me about EXTRA CHARGES a few days before a debit order???..i dont want anything to do with identity anymore... i wil pay of whatever and go do my clothes shoping elsewhere... this happens every month and im sure it affects my itc... explains why i cant buy a car... its really pathetic
