Disgusting customer service

TV purchase from PnP Hyper Woodmead Retail Park. This was a Saturday so displayed on the demo TV's was soccer. I had to shift through PnP staff in order to view the TV's and got a few disgusted stares from the staff as I was blocking their view of the game. Went to ask for assistance where the staff member who attempted to help me couldn't give me basic specs of the TV or the difference between a similar one. I had to google the info for myself. Trying to pay for the TV took atleast 20min as I had to wait for the staff member helping me to finish watching developments of the game. In the middle of this he got a call from, I assume, a friend as he had to take the phone to all employees in the area to share the joke-while I wait. When I came to paying, the cashier had to communicate with me through the salesman-why? Once paid, salesman asked if I had a trolley, I replied no and he said I should go get one. At this stage I was over the whole experience so tried & struggled to carry a 40" TV in my hands-no concern from staff. My disgust was put on twitter (PnP tagged) where I was told I would be contacted to resolve what happened-have not had a single call yet. Empty Promises&Disgusting Service
