Today we had 75kg of Montego dog food delivered that was ordered on [URL Removed] and I must say I am completely disgusted with the attitude of the Skynet staff that delivered it. We were in a meeting when they arrived, and they had to wait a bit until we were out. I went to get my car and parked it near the delivery truck and went into reception where they were still standing to be told by then that they will NOT take the food to my car because they had to wait? So in other words because I didn't arrange my day around this delivery which I was not expecting this early, they won't take the food to my car and I need to carry it all down when they have a TROLLEY to take it down? Because I needed to carry this myself I actually fell down the stairs with 25kg of food falling on top of me and injuring myself and all this while the Skynet staff looked on!! This is totally unacceptable and absolutely disgusting!! I have no idea who they think they are but in my mind if you are in possession of a trolley and you are going back down with that trolley then why is it so hard to roll it over to a car parked right next to the truck? I don't care that they had to wait.
