I went to Pick 'n Pay Newton Park after 5pm this afternoon, took a basket and waited patiently for the staff member who was bringing the trolleys in so that I can place my basket in a trolley, only for her to turn around and tell me rudely "You should have said something" then walked off obviously upset with now because she just put the trolleys in the bay and now what effort it is just to take one out for me, not to mention the fact that I was minding my own business waiting patiently to take myself a trolley, I asked her for nothing. I am so dissappointed in this young lady that gave me such a bad experience because she obviously had no more energy left and could not wait for her working day to come to an end, this does not give her the right to take her bad mood out on me, the customer, what a disgrace that that particular staff member had to make my visit to Pick 'n Pay Newton Park such a bad experience, I will not be going there for a long time to come, that is not how you speak to your customers!!
