I always do my monthly grocery shopping at Pick N Pay Hypermarket in Woodmead. I was there on Monday and looking at pencil cases for my kids when I opened one and to my utter disgust found that somebody had urinated in the pencil case. I immediately called one of the employees in the aisle and informed them about it. They did absolutely nothing and walked away saying that it was disgusting! Horrible experience and horrible service from the staff member.
