I came into the store in the weekend and could not find where the hi tech section was. I stopped to ask a Game staff member whom was busy arguing with a verimark person. Despite me asking the lady for help, she still continued to argue with the sales person. This is very unprofessional and it is disgusting that your staff would rather shout at an employee instead of helping a customer. When I finally managed to get the ladies attention (Katuri), I asked her if she rather fight with her own staff or help me cause I had to wait a minute to get her attention even though she saw me waiting and I asked her directly for help. She began being arrogant and rude with me and then insinuated that the verimark person was my friend. I was so upset that I left the store and went elsewhere to purchase my TV and Home theatre set. I will never purchase from a Game store again until they train their uncivilised staff to be more humane to customers and each other.
