I went into House and Home as a regular customer, exited about the camera which I was about to purchase.
I went home as a negative person, forced to experience poor service and bad attitudes.
I went with my son to the camera section and after asking for assistance into purchasing the camera, I instructed the sales lady that I was in quite a hurry. She just nodded, turned around and walked slowly towards the storeroom which is about 40m away to fetch the camera. The shop wasn't busy, so I expected her back quickly.
About Fifteen minutes later I asked the security lady to fetch the Manager. I told the manager that I am very agitated with the poor response from the sales lady that still hasn't returned, I am in a hurry. She also just nodded and walked towards the storeroom.
About Ten minutes later, the saleslady returned to me with the camera, I asked her why she took so long and she just smiled and said she waited for the manager.
I took the box and went to the manager. She was busy with a co employee. I told her that I am very sad about the poor service and bad attitudes that I experienced here today. She just looked at me and cointinued her conversation with the co employee
