I have never, in my life, had to deal with such useless service!! I will never ever go back to the Mcdonalds Centurion. The staff are untrained and don't care. After placing my order at the drive through I was asked to park and wait (what kind of joke is this you are a fast food franchise why do we always have to wait). I parked and started my 20min wait. 3 - 4 other cars arrived after me to park and wait and 1 by 1 they left before me with their food. After 20min I had lost my patience and went into the store (something I really didn't want to do). I was met by blank stares and then ignored!!! After another 10min a manager came out to talk to me. I was then asked what had ordered, even I could see my order flashing on the screen how could the trained staff not see this (I must add that at this stage Iwas the only person in the store so busy was not an excuse. My suggestion is that all staff here be removed, in fact I think that SA should not have the McDonalds franchise as we are destroying its name. MacDonalds you are useless and your staff need some serious training!!!
