On 30 November I purchased a slide from Game Clearwater mall, unfortunately as it was too big to fit in my car, I had to pay R210 for a delivery, which i specified must be delivered on 02 December.
My wife waited the whole day and no delivery - she called the branch but no one assisted.
On 03 December she called game Clearwater who said the delivery would come by 3PM.
Around 3 still no delivery and no one bothered to call, I called and spoke to the manager Maurice who contacted the delivery guys, and advised us at least.
The delivery only came at about 4PM my wife now wasted 2 days waiting for a delivery, and she told the guys she said this was an hour late. They said it wasn't on the delivery sheet, My wife responded but this was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd and not the 3rd - all he said was Oh sorry.
After paying R210 and making numerous phone calls at our own expense to get a delivery - then only did the delivery get dispatched. I don't see the point of putting a delivery date on or paying if you not going to do this on time.
I find this type of service disgusting as we had to follow up on a delivery and no one bothered to check until we had to phone numerous times.
