APPALLING SERVICE

I went to game clearwater to purchase a 7 piece textaline set on promotion, Game did not have the item on stock.

I then requested that they source the item from other branches, no branch in Jhb had the item (This process alone took an hour). I was then issued a call back voucher which I never recieved feedback until I complained. On that very same day, I recieved a call that the item was available in the store, upon my arrival, the set was incomplete (one chair did not even match the set) and the chairs had scratches.

Israel offered a 10% discount which I refused. He then offered a brown set which I accepted. When I got home, I opened the box to assemble the table, it came to my attention that Game had supplied the wrong set of legs for the table. I went back to game, the admin manager was not willing to help, the floor manager claimed to have never seen that type of a table in the store, Israel dissappeared after I had explained that the legs were not for the table supplied to me. I was in the store for a 105 minutes and nobody could resolve the issue, I end up leaving the store. This is the worst service I have ever encountered
