I bought the new Samsung washing machine on 22 August and today 27th it has not been delivered yet. I was promised delivery on the Friday afternoon 23rd and made arrangements for somebody to be at the house. I was sold an extended warranty and I paid for delivery so I expected reasonable service from Game. Somebody would have phoned prior to delivery. No call or delivery yet.
