CELL C has charged my account with multiple charges from a Company called MIRA014 for "Content Services". These charges comprise daily charges for nearly the whole month of Sept @ R6, 15/day. I called the Cell C helpline to say I have no knowledge of what these charges are for. Cell C said they also have no knowledge and referred me to MIRA014. I responded that it is illegal for them to debit my account without my authorisation for services allegedly provided by another company. They said they would refer it to their accounts dept. I advised that unless the charges are reversed I will be cancelling my debit order at the end of Oct and, if necessary, cancelling my contract for breach of contract by Cell C.
