No notification for D Order from my Account

I have my will with ABSA since 1993, a couple of years ago I gave permission for my account be debited with and amount of R84.00.Without notification or contact a year later my account was debited with R84.00 and reversed which brought my scoring down. At that point in time no call was made to me to set the amount aside to accommodate the R84.00.

This year my account was again debited with an amount of R84.00, no contact before hand to say the amount was going to be deducted, my account could have been closed after a year, not only was the debit order reversed, but the amount was processed thrice and reversed thrice, I now have to cover reversal charges.

Not only is my scoring with my bank down to zero, my account is overdrawn. I am disturbed by the lack of communication. In future please make contact with your clients as I only have funds in my account on the last day of the month. Had I been contacted I would have made provision for extra cost. I have sent a fax a couple of days ago and to date have had no response or apology.

It would be appreciated if my fee charges could be covered and a letter of apology sent to my bankers.
