I want to cancel my fnb cr card because fnb to their customers regarding the fuel spend and this new amount of r5000 you need to spend in order to get access to the slow lounge. I have not received any feedback regarding my request of the slow lounge!!!
I paid my fnb cr card charges in December last year. It totaled r600.
I want to cancel my cr card and want the prorated amount reversed into my account.
Why are you making things so difficult. I spoke to a lady last week at fnb and she says I need to wait until the end of this year to reverse the charges.

What you pay is not what you get as there is always a catch with terms and conditions. Just like the slow lounge charges I have yet to be reversed.
