Won't order online again

I did an on line grocery order for Monday to be delivered between 2pm-5pm as my daughter was home to receive it. They sms'd that it would only be delivered at 7pm, no one would be at home so I had to cancel. I phoned Tuesday for them to deliver after 5pm, waited till 7pm and phoned them, they said oh your order is not on the truck. Then I phoned on Wednesday (today) for them to deliver after 5pm, they delivered, but I am so disappointed as i decided to check my invoice and 5 items where not delivered but I was charged for.
I started ordering online to make my hectic life easier but this just brings me more stress.
I won't be ordering online again, I hope I get my refund for the items not delivered.
