FRUSTRATION TURNED TO SATISFACTION

My harddrive on my laptop and my printer crashed in the same week. I took my laptop to incredible connection and Mervin assisted me. we struggled for 2 weeks to get the mail up and working (with much frustration due to a g-mail glitch), the back-ups, re-installing and reloading went well. I was just about jumping up and down as month end was drawing near and I had to do timesheet-recons, salary-recons, PAYE, UIF & SDL and pay salaries. In this time I also purchased a Canon8000 printer/scanner/fax during this time at IC. the fax refused to word, I installed and re-installed many times but it would not. I phoned IC and Jessica answered the call. She was professional and kept her cool while I completely lost it! I went to IC and was not happy because I asked the machine must be installed and checked before I take it. Mervin remained ever so patient. Renier sent him to my home at no cost and he helped to set the fax up and installed a filter on the Telkom line, complimentary from IC. Thank you Mervin and Renier - you have restored my trust in Incredible Connection.
