In first week of October i took in my HP Laptop Pavillion G7 to Incredible Connection. I was advised that my laptop will take between 10 to 14 days to be fixed. I was ok with that. It then Took them over a week to arrange a loan laptop, but on the warrenty card it said that in 2 days of booking the laptop in i will receive a loan laptop.
I just spoke to one of the technical staff at Incredible and they still cannot tell me when i am going to get my laptop, and that they are still looking for parts. THIS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND EXTREAMLY POOR SERVICE!!! I WANT MY LAPTOP BACK ASAP FIXED.
