I bought an HP printer/copy/scan/fax machine mid 2012 from incredible connection. Barely a year after purchase it stopped working with a bang. I took it back to incredible connection with original documents and it got sent off for repairs. I then got word that the so called 3 year warranty was void due to me not registering the product on line. This upset me quite a bit as there was no notice that i had to do this. I then reported incredible connection to hello peter. They sorted the "repairs" out for and i got my printer back a month later. I took it back to the office and it still didn't work. I am now fed up with this rubbish. You spend a lot of money buying something you hope will at least out last the warranty. I feel these HP printers are rubbish as this is my 2nd one in 2 years to break. The after sales service is even worse. Absolutely disgusted with the products and service. Not cool!!!
