WHEN BUYING A PRODUCT FROM TEVO AT GAME ESP GATEWAY - PLEASE REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING: THE MARKETING MANAGER NEVER HELPS HIS CUSTOMERS - HE HAS FAILED TO CONTACT ME SINCE JULY 2013. I HAVE BEEN TO THE STORE AND LEFT NUMEROUS MESSAGES FOR HIM BUT HE NEVER HAD THE COURTESY TO REPLY. HE HAS PROMISED ME STUFF TO THE VALUE OF R500.00 AND A HANDY VACUUM WHICH I DID NOT RECEIVE AS YET. HE SEEMED SYMPATHETIC WHEN I ADVISED HIM MY CHILD WAS SUFFERING FROM A DREADED DISEASE AND HE NEVER TAKE EVEN A BABY STEP IN ASSISTING ME WITH MY COMPLAINT. I WAS OF THE VIEW THAT IN THE MONTH OF RAMADAAN PEOPLE WONT AND TRY TO ASSIST OTHERS BUT I WAS MISTAKEN. I BEEN TO THE STORE AND SPOKE TO SHAINA ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS BUT STILL NOTHING HAPPENED. THE SERVICE IS A DISGRACE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM TEVO AT GAME GATEWAY. THEY DONT BOTHER ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I PURCHASED A TV, SAMSUNG SIDE BY SIDE SILVER FRIDGE, WASHING MACHING, CAMPING TENT, SWING, DESK AND CHAIRS ETC AND I GET THIS TYPE OF RESPONSE ------ VERY UNHAPPY - I KNOW NOTHING WILL COME OFF THIS AS WELL - STILL I WISH YOU GUYS AT GAME ALL THE BEST...
