On the 6th Of September I was asked to help a friend out who is Deaf, Her Laptop was not working. Discovered it was the power supply (Had a friend with identical make of laptop). I instructed her to go to Incredible connection to purchase a new power adapter. Once there she was sold a Universal power supply (R750). A week later i was asked to come back as the laptop was not powering on again. On seeing the power adapter that was sold to her the connection was loose and the output of the charger was not identical to the required amount need for Laptop. I instructed her to take it back to Incredible connection and they said the Charger is still working fine however now the Motherboard is damaged. She got her R750 for the charger back however she also got a quote for R3000 to repair the Laptop that the Charger incredible connection sold her damaged. She went in with a perfectly working laptop beside charger and leaves with a broken laptop. I believe it should be incredible connections responsibility to replace the Motherboard free of charge.
