Credit Purchase Policy

On the 1st June 2013 I bought the Casio gold and silver watch at Sterns and in 2 months the watch stop working. On the 23 august 2013 I took the watch to Sterns oxford street branch where I was told to leave the watch so they can look into it.26/08/2013 they called me to come collect the watch saying they check if it was the battery problems which was not the case and they admitted that the watch is faulty so I must take it to the store that I bought it which is Sterns Hemmingways. Lady named Lisa assisted me trying to resolve the problem and I told her I don't want the watch to be repaired I want it to be replaced or refund my credit back to my account., She told me her boss is not there but eventually she called her boss and her boss told her to tell me she wont replace or refund my credit she will take the watch to Casio to see if they can fix it.

Funny because their credit purchase policy states that if the goods defective because of the way they are made u can return them within 6 months of the day you bought them..They promise to Repair or replace the goods and they promise to refund back my credit. I want them to replace or refund my credit but sterns refuse.
