Watch sent twice for repairs

My husband bought me a Tempo ladies watch on 18th September 2013. In January the watch started being faulty the hands became loose thus the time was wrong. I took the watch in for repairs in February 2013 and I had to wait six week for it to come back from repairs. I received the watch back in March 2013. Hardly three weeks the hands became loose again and some deco pieces started falling off as well inside the watch and I took it for the second time for repairs on 18th April 2013.
It has been 3 weeks already and I am told it takes 6-8weeks for repairs. This will mean I have lost 4months of wearing this watch because ofrepairs. I mean really now!!! what is more upsetting is the fact that you have to accept that the store sent it in for repairs and you must wait for their call. This watch was a present and it was bought cash so we owe Sterns nothing. The fact that the watch went in for repairs within a month of supposedly being repaired proves very poor quality. Sterns does not even offer to refund or exchange the watch.
The guarantee expires in three months time and who knows if it will be working by then. I will never buy anything from Sterns bcoz of poor quality & servi
