I bought a guess watch from sterns for my wife after just 5 months the strap off the watch is decolourising it look like I bought a fake watch, I went there and they tell me they have to send it away to guess for 4 to 6 weeks but they are closed at this moment so they can only send it next year. But on the back off the slip it says that they have a 6 month return policy for defective goods that they will replace or repair or refund you the manager Ina did not even have the decency to come and talk to us personally.
