In December i purchased a watch from Sterns in the Pavillion. After 4 months the stones on the face coming loose. In May i sent the watch for repairs & only got a call in July that the watch is ready to pick up. When i get there the manager says there is still a problem with the watch as 1 stone is still out. So i left again empty handed after making a 80km round trip from Verulam. Since then i have heard nothing from Sterns. On the 11th of October i was in the area & stopped & the store for an update on my watch. The watch was still at the store unrepaired like it was 3 months ago. I complained to the manager & demanded a replacement watch but she did not entertain me & said i must come back in 2 weeks. So please people think twice where you buying jewllery from next!!
