As a gift I recieved an engraved watch from my employer. After only 2 months the moulded strap of the watch just broke off, while I was sitting at my desk. I took the watch back to Sterns at the end of August 2013. Since then, every time I go there to make an enquiry, I am told that the watch is still at the factory for repairs. It already has been more than two months. The watch is longer being repaired than the time I owned it. The attendants do not even make a telephonic enquirey while I am there, they just tell me that the watch is still in for repair. This is unacceptable. I would like to be able to at the least be given another watch with the same value. I can not wait any longe
